Insight loops
The loops that keep you informed without changing anything — a first-person daily brief on how the day went, and a reviewer that watches your real visitor session recordings and flags what's worth acting on. Recommend-only.
Insight loops keep you in the loop without opening five dashboards. There are two: the daily brief — a short, first-person morning note that recaps what happened on your Tasks board and folds in whatever business data you've connected — and session recordings, a reviewer that watches your real visitors and surfaces the sessions worth acting on. Both are recommend-only observation: they never change a campaign, your site, or your product.
Daily brief
A once-a-day 'Yesterday I worked on…' note — what shipped, what's waiting on you, plus revenue and ad spend when connected. Emailed to every member.
Session recordings
Watches your real visitor session replays, reviews each one, and files a draft ticket when a session reveals a UX problem, bug, or product signal.
What counts as insight today
The daily brief is the recap loop. Once a day it composes a warm, first-person recap and emails it to every workspace member (pushing it to Telegram too when connected). It leads with your Tasks board — what shipped yesterday and what's waiting on your review — then adds a one-line revenue read when Polar is connected and a one-line ad-spend read when a Meta ad account is provisioned. It never skips: even a quiet day gets an honest one-liner.
Session recordings is the real-user loop. When session replay is on, the Recordings Reviewer watches each recorded visitor session, writes a short review, and files a draft ticket whenever one reveals a genuine UX problem, a bug, or a product signal. Like the brief, it's read-only — it observes and reports, and never changes your product.
The rest of your "how am I doing" picture is surfaced by loops and tabs that live under other sections, because the work that produces them belongs there:
- Organic search performance — clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position from Google Search Console — is read by the SEO loop and shown on the dashboard's SEO tab.
- Product usage — pageviews, custom events, identified users, and grouped errors from your own app — comes from the first-party 1mn SDK, surfaced on the Users tab.
- Revenue and ad spend — the raw trends the brief summarizes stay live on the dashboard's Business tab whether or not a brief ran.
Why this stays recommend-only
A revenue or spend number on its own doesn't justify an action. Revenue up doesn't mean a campaign worked; spend up doesn't mean pause anything. The brief deliberately reports the numbers without joining them to a cause — it has no attribution keys — and never recommends a marketing move off revenue or spend alone. To act, pair what you read here with the campaign and conversion data the growth loops produce. See How loops work for why blast radius and ambiguity keep money and strategy human-owned.
Where the data comes from
| In the brief | Source | Connect it |
|---|---|---|
| What shipped + what's awaiting your review | Your Tasks board | Nothing to connect |
| Revenue (revenue, orders week-over-week) | Polar.sh | Revenue |
| Ad spend (yesterday's spend + results) | Meta ad account | Add advertising budget |
The Tasks-board recap always runs, so a brief goes out even with nothing else connected — each business line is added only when its source is available, and omitted silently otherwise.
Changelog
Turn the commits you shipped into clean, user-facing release notes — as a pull request when your repo has a changelog page, or a reviewable document when it doesn't. Recommend-only.
Daily brief
A short, first-person morning brief — "Yesterday I worked on…" — recapping what shipped on 1mn, what's waiting on you, and your connected revenue and ad spend. Emailed to every workspace member (and pushed to Telegram), recommend-only, and it never skips.
